The North Sydney CCA class has a challenge for all CBBC students! Let’s improve our overall health and well-being, North Sydney CCA’s are committed to 30 minutes a day of physical exercise. Whether they do 30 minutes of walking on the boardwalk, yoga, or just running around making beds for the clients, the group in North Sydney would like to improve their overall health and well-being.
In module 2 each student was asked to do an assessment of themselves and name one thing they would like to improve. Each student had the same goal, to improve their overall health and well-being.
What a great way to stay motivated and work together as a team to achieve a common goal!! Best of Luck! Stay tuned for results!
