Admissions Process

Start a New Journey at CBBC Career College

Our admission steps are designed to make sure you choose a program that is right for you and will help you achieve your life and career goals. All of our admissions appointments are being conducted virtually or over the phone.

Admission steps:

Step 1: Fill out a Request for Information Form online or call the campus nearest you

Step 2: Attend an information session with one of our Student Admissions Advisors
Attend an information session (conducted over the phone, via Zoom, or in-person) with a Student Admissions Advisor. Previous experience, areas of interest, and personal strengths are discussed during this session to determine the most appropriate diploma program for you.

Step 3: Attend an Information Session with a Financial Aid Administrator
A Financial Aid Administrator will help you figure out funding options. We’re here to help. From student loans to payment plans, we have Financial Aid Administrators who can answer your funding questions. You can book an
appointment at any time to speak to someone from our Financial Aid Office.

Step 4: Registration
When a decision has been made on the program of choice and funding options have been discussed, the Student Admissions Advisor will guide you through the enrollment process.

Step 5: Orientation
New Student Orientation takes place the week prior to your program start date. You can expect an email from CBBC Career College with details regarding the date and time of the orientation. During the New Student Orientation, you can expect to meet instructors, teacher assistants, faculty heads, and a number of other CBBC staff members that you will be interacting with while a student of CBBC Career College. During orientation, we will review our learning platforms, student portal, and the CBBC Career College Student Handbook. You can expect the orientation to last approximately 2 hours.

Step 6: First Day of Class
Your first day of class will begin with an onboarding session where we provide you with online accounts, email addresses, passwords, and access to all of our online platform resources. When everyone is logged in, the learning adventure begins.
