Train The Trainer
This course is intended to train adult instructors to become effective teachers. The coaching given within this training course is not intended to be industry-specific; rather, it is intended to combine theoretical and real-world instructional methodologies so that whatever the classroom make-up, the graduates from this training course will be well prepared and confident in their ability to deliver lessons.

Venipuncture Competency Assessment
This one-hour assessment is designed to act as an assessment for independent phlebotomy (IP) venipuncture competencies in Nova Scotia, which is a requirement of their specimen acceptance Agreement with the Nova Scotia Health Authority and IWK.
This assessment also complies with the requirements of the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS), the Nova Scotia College of Medical Laboratory Technologists (NSCMLT), and the Medical Laboratory Technology Act (Nova Scotia), and has been endorsed by Nova Scotia Health Authority and the IWK.
