Giving Back With Cuts For Kids!
Last week our Cosmetology-Hairdressing students in Sydney had a wonderful opportunity to give back to their community! Our instructor Paula and our February 2022 class joined up with Virginia Bateman, a former CBBC student, to help her with free haircuts for kids heading back to school.
This fantastic initiative was aimed at low-income families that needed help. Virginia started this fantastic event last year and reached out to CBBC for help this year and of course, we were so happy to help. Virginia has also been gathering donations from clients and businesses to provide some school supplies, shoes, and clothing to kids and families in need. She’s fantastic!
